A 52-week training ecosystem, monthly challenges, and a community built for men 35–55 who want to be strong, present, and built different — for themselves and their families.
The Real Problem
Between work, kids, and everything else — your body got sidelined. Dadzilla is built to fix that. Real exercise science — Zone 2 cardio, progressive overload, the Norwegian 4×4 protocol — programmed for you and explained in plain English. No fluff, no guesswork.
30-minute protocols designed for dads running on empty. Efficient, effective, done before your coffee gets cold.
Monthly challenges and habit stacks that build momentum without requiring 5-day-a-week gym devotion.
Programs that work with minimal equipment. Because $200/month gym memberships don't fit a family budget.
A community of dads in the same fight. Monthly challenges that create accountability without the cringe.

FAQ
Dadzilla is built specifically for men aged 35–55 who are in the thick of family life. The programs, challenges, and community are optimized for that demographic. That said, if you're a man outside that range who gets it, you're welcome.
Nope. Dadzilla Reboot and Rebuild run entirely on bodyweight and kettlebells. Forge and Winter Warrior require basic barbell equipment, but we have a guide to building a $500 home gym that covers everything.
Sessions run 30 to 55 minutes depending on which phase you're in — Reboot and Rebuild stay in the 30–45 minute range, while Forge and Winter Warrior run up to 55. These are designed for dads who might be training at 5am before the house wakes up, or during lunch breaks. The warm-up is built in. No fluff, no filler.
100%. That's exactly what Dadzilla Reboot is for — a 6-week hard reset for dads who haven't trained in years. It has beginner scaling built into every session. You'll never be doing something you're not ready for. If you can walk up a flight of stairs, you can start Day 1.
Pricing details will be announced before public launch. Beta members will be notified first.
A new challenge drops on the 1st of each month. You have until the last day to complete it. Log your progress in the app daily. Challenges complement — they don't replace — your regular training.
When I was young, my dad got sick. Health issues followed him the rest of his life, and they took him at 60. I had a normal childhood on the surface — but I was tethered to his health the whole way through it. That weight became my weight, too.
When my parents separated, I found sports. Fitness. I played organized ball through college. But those memories of my father's health never left. For a long time I was embarrassed by them. Sometimes ashamed.
Then I became a man, found the love of my life, and we had our kid. Right around the time Dadzilla was born, I started looking hard at my relationship with my father — and at how his health quietly drove a wedge between us.
So I made a promise. To my child. To my family. To myself.
I will show up. And I will be present.
I needed a mission. A goal. Something to train for. So I signed up for half marathons. Triathlons. I trained with laser focus. What I didn't realize back then was that I was reading the right book — just the wrong chapter.
So I went looking for the right one. I tried all the apps. Most nailed the motivation. Most were built on basic exercise principles. And a few were straight-up bro science.
But not one of them prioritized rest and recovery around the real hurdles of raising kids — three of them, because somewhere in there we were blessed with two more.
That was the gap. Nobody was building for a dad's actual life. So I did.
Eight years later, Dadzilla was hatched.
